Subscription cancellation and refund conditions

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with digital commerce regulations, you have a 14-day period from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the service (test or platform access) has not been used.

Refund Exceptions

No refund can be made if you have:

  • Accessed any of the tests available on the platform.
  • Started any online learning or simulation activity.
  • Used any exclusive resources or tools related to your subscription.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact our customer service at support@tcfcanadahub.com specifying your account ID, purchase date, and reason for your request. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Subscription Modification or Exchange

It is possible to request a package exchange (to another test plan) if no activity has been started. This request should also be sent to customer support.

User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to verify the content and conditions of the subscription before purchase. We provide all necessary information to allow you to make an informed choice.

Specific Rules for Service Use

  • Intellectual Property Compliance All content, including packages and training, is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale will result in legal action.
  • Package Access Your subscription gives you access to our services for the duration indicated at the time of purchase. Once the subscription period expires, access will be automatically suspended.
  • Subscription Expiration and Platform Access Management Upon expiration of your subscription period, your account will be permanently deleted. However, you will have the option to log back in at any time to our platform by creating a new account.
Important Notice: Make sure to save any important data before your subscription expires, as account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
